Hello.  My name is Jill Herrin and I would like to introduce myself to you and welcome you to the JDResources blog.  I started JDR in 1987 with Danny McKinney, then a highly technical Systems Programmer.  Twenty-two years later, Danny is our CIO and IT lifeline! Our firm brings European precision and American assertiveness to the search process enabling us to find and represent the top talent.  My background in recruiting started in the late 1970’s in my home town of London, England.  I moved to Tennessee in 1982 and started JDR in 1987 to create a first class firm dedicated to providing Technical People Resources.
